Speco Central II software was designed to be used with network cameras, network video transmitters, and digital/network video recorders (DVRs/NVRs). Speco Central II is a software tool that controls monitoring of live video and playback of recorded video from devices. It displays the list of live pop-up screens currently displayed on the monitor.
